A warranty typically covers product failures due to manufacturing defects or material quality issues, including hardware failures, software failures, and design defects. Generally, a warranty does not cover:
① Damage caused by user error, accidental drops, collisions, etc.
② Cable damage caused by improper handling during installation
③ Damage caused by natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, frequent lightning surges, and electrostatic shocks).
④ Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
⑤ Consumable parts such as batteries, external seals, labels, heat shrink tubing, plastic filter covers, and mounting brackets.
⑥ Normal wear and tear (does not affect normal product use).
⑦ Products that have expired.

Free Repair: During the warranty period, we provide free repair service for product failures caused by manufacturing or material defects.
Free Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired during the warranty period, we may provide a replacement service.
Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty. Extended warranties must be purchased within the original warranty period and provide an additional year or more of coverage beyond the standard warranty period.
