Working principle
A gas rotary rotary flow meter works by introducing gas into the inlet, which drives the rotor to rotate. Each rotation produces a fixed volumetric flow rate that is discharged from the outlet – this is the working principle of constant displacement rotation. The rotor’s rotation frequency is transmitted via a magnetic coupler, thus achieving flow detection or measurement. Furthermore, various structural forms are available to meet different user requirements.
Dual display type: It is equipped with both a mechanical counter and a flow compensator. The mechanical counter directly displays the cumulative amount under operating conditions, while the flow compensator realizes temperature and pressure correction. It directly detects and displays the temperature, pressure, operating volumetric flow rate and total volume, and standard volumetric flow rate and total volume of the medium.
